The AR-15 Complete Anti-Rotation Trigger/Hammer Pin Set in Flat Dark Earth is the essential upgrade to protect your lower receiver and complete your custom build. Standard trigger and hammer pins are held in only by spring tension and can walk out under recoil, especially when using aftermarket drop-in triggers or during high-volume firing. This can cause trigger failure and damage your receiver. This anti-rotation set permanently locks your trigger group in place while adding a bold, matching Flat Dark Earth accent.

COMPLETE ANTI-ROTATION DESIGN FOR MAXIMUM SECURITY
The core of this system is its Anti-Rotation and Anti-Walk Technology. Unlike standard pins that rotate freely in the receiver and wear down the pin holes over time, this set uses two hardened stainless steel side plates and screw-locked pins to eliminate rotation and side-to-side movement.
How it works: The hardened trigger and hammer pins are precision-ground and locked into the side plates with Torx screws. The side plates sit flush against the receiver, preventing the pins from spinning. This eliminates wear on your lower receiver’s pin holes — protecting your investment — and ensures your trigger and hammer remain perfectly aligned for a consistent, reliable trigger pull every time.
This design also completely prevents pin walk-out. The screws positively lock the pins in place, so they cannot drift out under recoil, vibration, or rapid fire. This is critical for all drop-in cassette triggers like CMC, Timney, Elftmann, Rise Armament, and for any custom build where failure is not an option.
PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION & FLAT DARK EARTH FINISH
This complete set includes two anti-rotation pins, two side plates, four stainless steel screws, and a Torx wrench. The pins are CNC-machined from hardened 4140 chromoly steel with precision-ground surfaces for a perfect fit. The side plates are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for strength and lightweight.
The entire set is finished in Type III Hard-Coat Anodized Flat Dark Earth (FDE). This is a Mil-Spec hard-coat process that molecularly bonds to the aluminum, creating an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant, and corrosion-proof surface. The popular FDE color provides a tactical, earth-tone custom look that perfectly matches Magpul FDE, Cerakote FDE furniture, and other anodized FDE parts like safety selectors, mag catches, and takedown pins for a fully cohesive build. The finish will not chip, fade, or wear off from oils or solvents.
