This complete anti-walk, anti-rotation system uses an interlocking design that secures two hardened steel pins with contoured, low-profile side plates. Once installed, the system locks the pins in place so they cannot rotate or drift under recoil, sustained rapid fire, or the vibration of a high-round-count carbine. This preserves the integrity of your lower receiver’s pin holes, prevents elongation and egging that can ruin an expensive billet lower, and ensures your trigger break remains crisp and consistent shot after shot.
We precision manufacture each pin from 4140 chromoly steel, then heat-treat and centerless-grind it to a precise .154″ small-pin diameter for a zero-wobble fit in any mil-spec AR-15, M4, LR-308 and AR-10 lower receiver. We then finish the pins and side plates with a striking Type III hard-coat anodized red finish. This military-grade anodizing provides exceptional resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and chemicals while delivering a vibrant, race-inspired accent that stands out in any custom build, competition rifle, or duty weapon.
