The Complete Anti-Rotation Trigger/Hammer Pin Set in Anodized Bronze – our premium bronze ar15 anti walk pins – is engineered to fix the fundamental flaw of standard AR-15 fire control pins. Mil-spec pins rely solely on hammer spring pressure and the J-spring in the hammer to stay in place. Allowing them to rotate and walk out under sustained recoil and high-volume fire. This leads to inconsistent sear engagement. A gritty trigger feel, elongation of the lower receiver pin holes, and potential weapon failure. The system mechanically locks the pins, eliminating movement for good.
The kit features two precision-ground .154″ diameter pins that are captured by low-profile, contoured side plates. Secured with four stainless steel fasteners, the plates prevent any rotation or lateral migration of the pins. This ensures your trigger and hammer remain in perfect alignment, delivering a consistent, repeatable trigger pull and providing absolute protection for your lower receiver. Once installed, pin walk is impossible, making this a critical upgrade for duty weapons, defensive rifles, and competition guns.
We manufacture each pin from 4140 chromoly steel, heat-treat it for superior strength and durability, then centerless-grind it to exacting tolerances for a zero-play fit in any mil-spec AR-15, M4, and AR-10 style lower. We finish both pins and side plates in Anodized Bronze – a rich, Type III hard-coat anodized finish. This advanced coating provides exceptional hardness and resistance to abrasion, corrosion, oils, and solvents, while offering a distinctive, warm bronze tone. The bronze finish perfectly complements FDE, burnt bronze Cerakote, and desert tan. And tactical black builds, adding a premium custom touch without being overly flashy.
