The AR-15 Complete Anti-Rotation Trigger/Hammer Pin Set in Anodized Clear is the critical upgrade that protects your lower receiver from wear and prevents catastrophic trigger failure, all while adding a clean, modern industrial accent. Standard trigger and hammer pins rely on just spring tension to stay in place and can rotate and walk out under recoil, especially with high-round-count shooting or drop-in cassette triggers. This can damage your receiver’s pin holes and cause your trigger to stop working. This complete anti-rotation system permanently locks everything in place.
Finished in Anodized Clear, it showcases raw billet precision with maximum protection.
This set features true Anti-Rotation and Anti-Walk Technology to solve two problems at once.
1. Prevents Rotation & Receiver Wear: Standard pins spin freely inside your lower receiver every time the hammer drops, slowly wearing and egging out the pin holes. Over time this loosens trigger fit and can permanently damage your lower. Our system uses two billet side plates that sit flush against the receiver. The hardened pins lock into these plates with screws, completely preventing rotation. Your pins stay fixed, your receiver holes stay perfectly round, and your trigger stays perfectly aligned for a consistent pull.
2. Eliminates Pin Walk-Out: Vibration and recoil can cause standard pins to drift out of the receiver, leading to trigger shift, doubling, or total failure. The pins in this set are positively locked into the side plates with stainless steel Torx screws, making it physically impossible for them to walk out. This is essential insurance for any drop-in trigger system from CMC, Timney, Rise Armament, Elftmann, and all competition, duty, and defense rifles.
This is a complete kit and includes: (2) Hardened Trigger/Hammer Pins, (2) Billet Side Plates, (4) Stainless Steel Torx Screws, and (1) Torx Wrench for installation.
The pins are precision CNC-machined from hardened 4140 chromoly steel and precision centerless-ground for a perfect .154″ small-pin diameter and smooth finish. The side plates are CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum for lightweight and superior strength.
The entire set is finished in Type III Hard-Coat Anodized Clear. This Mil-Spec process creates an ultra-hard, abrasion- and corrosion-resistant surface while leaving the natural silver-white color of the billet aluminum visible. The result is a modern, industrial, “raw aluminum” look that highlights precision machining and perfectly matches other clear, silver, titanium, or raw aluminum furniture like skeletonized grips, charging handles, and takedown pins. The finish will not chip, fade, or wear from gun oils or solvents.
Engineered to fit all standard AR-15, M4, M16, AR-10, AR .308 / LR-308 lower receivers using standard .154″ small-pin trigger groups.
